At Ugol Woodworks your satisfaction is quaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied whith your order you may return it to us within ten (10) days of receipt and we will workwith you to solve any problem. Unfortunately custom work, spacial orders, personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an error on our part. Your return package must include all the original packaging.

 Shipping charges previously paid by the customer at the time of purchase are non-refundable. The customer is also liable for all shipping, insurance and handling costs associated with the return. 


You have up to ten (10) days to return anything you have bought for replacement or full refund of the product price. We are happy to serve our customers and hope that you will continue to use our company for all your furniture needs in the future. There are no refunds on custom work.  In the event of damage, incurred during shipping we include proper insurance to cover replacement.


Ugol Woodworks only contracts professional delivery and trucking companies are contracted to deliver the order; yet, unfortunately, accidents damaging your ordered items may occur. While this occurrence is extremely rare, we do ask our customers to thoroughly inspect the merchandise at the time of arrival and note all comments on damage in their entirety on the bill of lading. Customer is also asked to photograph the damages, call us when this occurs at 401-378-7583 and e-mail the photographs of damages to within 5 business days of delivery. If the damages are not promptly and fully noted and reported, we might not be able to assist customer with later claims. We reserve the right to repair furniture in customer's home or accept return for repair and/or replacement. Regretfully, we can only authorize full refund in the rare event when we are unable to repair or replace the item. We also expect our customers to accept delivery appointment for any repairs or replacement furniture to complete the order process.
